Anthony Bourdain

Anthony Michael Bourdain (New York, 25 giugno 1956 – Kaysersberg, 8 giugno 2018) è stato un cuoco, gastronomo e scrittore statunitense, diventato famoso per la prima volta per il suo libro bestseller Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly (2000).
